Developing E-Logistics services in Vietnam's e-commerce: Opportunities and challenges

Abstract

The study analyzed the current situation of the development of E-Logistics   services in Vietnam's e-commerce sector. The results show the opportunities for E-Logistics development, including the rapid growth of e-commerce, the application of new technologies, and the improvement of transportation infrastructure and state support policies. In addition to these opportunities, research also identifies challenges in the future development of the E-Logistics industry, such as rapidly changing technology, intense competition, completion of the legal corridor, limited financial capacity of many Vietnamese Logistics companies, and the slow speed of development of transport infrastructure, unable to catch up with the growth of the Logistics industry.
