Abstract
Research on models of cooperation between universities and professional associations shows the need to enhance the cooperative relationship between academic and professional activities. Survey results show that student skills such as politeness, professionalism, discipline, and spirit of service are highly appreciated by businesses. This study will be a useful reference for universities and professional associations to identify appropriate cooperation models and enhance cooperative relationships.
