Abstract

Business capital is a basic element and an indispensable premise of the production process. To survive and develop, enterprises in general and agricultural enterprises in particular must always compete and improve the efficiency of management and use of capital. Effective management of an enterprise's capital will have a strong impact on the enterprise's production and business capabilities. However, poor management leads to ineffective use of capital, loss-making businesses will lose capital. Therefore, improving the efficiency of using capital in enterprises will contribute to operating and controlling capital use activities, and properly allocating capital to avoid excess, waste, and loss of capital that affects the quality of capital to effect the business development of enterprises. Managing capital is carried out in the stages of planning, organizing and implementing, checking and controlling the mobilization and use of capital. From the analysis of the current capital magegement at Dong Giao Foodstuff Export Joint Stock Company, the article proposes some solutions to improve the efficiency of capital magegement at Dong Giao Foodstuff Export Joint Stock Company in particular and agricultural enterprises in general.
