Complete control functions in financial administration of state universities in Ho Chi Minh city

Abstract
Administration activities in general and the university's financial administration, in particular, are carried out corresponding to each activity in the university to implement and complete the common goals the university aims for. There are four financial administration functions: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, in which the control function helps improve operational efficiency and prevent and minimize fraudulent acts and risks of loss of the university's assets. The article has proposed several solutions to improve financial control functions based on state universities' current financial control status in Ho Chi Minh City.
