QUALITY OF ACCOUNTING SERVICES OF SERVICE PROVIDERS IN HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract

The research aims to identify and measure the impact of factors affecting the quality of accounting services (DVKT) of service providers in Ho Chi Minh City. To conduct the research, the authors used a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods with a multivariate regression model. The survey subjects were representatives of leaders of companies using accounting services in Ho Chi Minh City with a sample size of 145. The research results identified 4 factors affecting the quality of accounting services of service companies in Ho Chi Minh City, which are Effective, Technological innovation, Accounting knowledge and Competition.
