APPLYING C-V-P ANALYSIS METHOD FOR SEAFOOD PROCESSING ENTERPRISES IN NHA TRANG CITY, KHANH HOA PROVINCE
Abstract
Thanks to favorable natural conditions, seafood processing has become one of the key economic sectors of Nha Trang City in particular and Khanh Hoa province in general. However, seafood processing enterprises in Nha Trang City have not currently paid enough attention to the flexible application of advanced cost management methods, leading to the level of development is not adequate to their potential. The goal of this article is to provide suggestions for applying the C-V-P analysis method in management and operation activities for seafood processing enterprises in Nha Trang City, aims to help these businesses control costs well, determine selling prices, choose appropriate product mix and make reasonable business decisions, thereby creating a competitive advantage with many domestic and foreign enterprises in the same industry.
