Vietnam’s Multilateral Cultural Diplomacy in the New Era

Abstract

Under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the country has achieved remarkable and historically significant accomplishments over 40 years of Đổi mới, laying the foundation for a new era of national strength and prosperity. These developments also present new demands for Vietnam’s multilateral cultural diplomacy. This article analyzes both the objective and subjective bases for these requirements and proposes solutions to enhance the role and effectiveness of Vietnam’s multilateral cultural diplomacy in the new era.
