Green lifestyle: international experiences and lessons for Vietnam

Abstract

    Green lifestyle which has an important role and significance in sustainable development, is a modern lifestyle that reflects people's attitudes and behaviors towards minimizing the negative impacts on the environment and improving their quality of life. By synthesizing and analyzing a number of documents, the article outlines some basic issues on green lifestyle, pointing out the experiences of some countries in the world in practicing green lifestyle in the aspects of sustainable food consumption, using recycled products and saving energy. The article also recommends some lessons in building and developing this lifestyle in Vietnam.
