Use of locally managed forest and agriculture land farms

Abstract

The objective of the article is to evaluate the management of land use originating from agroforestry and forestry farms assigned to local authorities for management. Localities have developed a plan to recover 465,029 hectares of land from agro-forestry farms and assign them to local management, but the implementation of this plan is still slow, and the management of the allocated land faces many difficulties. Research in Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province shows that the area that has been granted a certificate for agricultural land is only 1.28%; non-agricultural land has 0.87% of the total area. The proposed solutions are: completing the Land Law and its sub-law documents, approving the plan and allocating sufficient resources to carry out land acquisition, land allocation, grant of land use right certificates and at the same time implement solutions. other synchronous methods.
