EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STATE MANAGEMENT IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract

Abstract: The development of the digital economy and the digital society is the goal that Vietnam is striving to achieve. To reach this goal, Vietnam needs to implement various solutions related to infrastructure development, workforce training, institutional improvement, and so on. The paper introduces and suggests a model for evaluating the effectiveness of state management in the digital economy, aiming to contribute to the enhancement of the quality of state management.
