Abstract

Abstract: Following the research on human capital and social capital, psychological capital is a concept that has been developed and attracted the attention of both theoretical and experimental researchers. The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between the components of psychological capital (self-confidence, hope, resilience, optimism) and the job performance of securities industry employees. The survey was conducted with 360 samples in Hanoi. Using the PLS-SEM method, the results indicate that all four components of psychological capital have an impact on the job performance of securities industry employees.
