IMPROVING GROWTH QUALITY BASED ON THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY MODEL

Abstract

The paper analyzes the role of the circular economy in enhancing the quality of economic growth. Conceptually, both growth quality and circular economy share a high level of scientific and technological content, while growth quality focuses on the efficiency of the development process, the circular economy emphasizes the implementation of that process. Research results also indicate that the circular economy helps improve the growth quality by promoting economic development in depth based on technology and resource saving. The necessary conditions for this transformation to be successful are a high-quality human resources and a corresponding level of development.
