CAPITAL SOURCES FOR DEVELOPING SOCIAL POLICY CREDIT IN VIETNAM TODAY

Abstract

The paper examines the current situation of establishing capital sources for the development of social policy credit activities in Vietnam in recent years. By analyzing the fluctuations in scale and proportion of capital sources at the Social Policy Bank since its establishment until now, the paper presents the main advantages and limitations of the capital serving social policy credit programs that this bank is assigned to implement. On that basis, the author recommends a number of solutions that the State and the Social Policy Bank need to implement to ensure capital for the development of social policy credit activities in the coming time, in accordance with the development strategy of this bank until 2030 approved by the Prime Minister.
