Abstract

Te research results show that despite the Covid-19 pandemic impacts, the
leadership of the Women’s Union of Buon Ma Tuot city, Dak Lak province, and support
programs for women’s start-ups (loans with preferential interest rates; legal procedure
assistance; product sales networking; competitiveness strengthening for newly established
enterprises led by women; organizing seminars, conferences, forums to exchange experiences;
organizing the women’s start-up day, etc.) brought about practical benefts to the women of
Buon Ma Tuot city. Support fom the programs have facilitated women to be innovative in
busines and start-up development, which contributed to realizing creative ideas for women;
built women’s capacity; encouraged women to apply scientifc and technical achievements in
production and business activities; raised incomes and status of women in the new normality
post-COVID-19 in Buon Ma Tuot city, Dak Lak province.
