SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF POLITICAL COMMITTEE OFFICIALS IN INFANTRY REGIMENTS IN THE ARMY TODAY

Abstract

The Political Committee is responsible for Party and political work in the regiment.
It serves as an advisory body to the Party Committee at the same level and functions as an
agency within the administrative organization system. The Political Committee adheres to all
instructions and orders from the regiment commander and regimental political commissar,
ensuring compliance with state laws, orders, and regulations of the Army. To fulfil functions
and tasks and build a strong, comprehensive, exemplary and typical political committee, the
important issue is to regularly improve the quality of the committee officials. Based on the
methodology of Marxism-Leninism, the article uses directly the scientific research method of
Party building and focuses on clarifying the quality of the regiment’s political committee officials.
