Abstract

Ho Chi Minh is a shining example of an objective, scientific and effective working style. By using methods of literature review, prediction, analysis, etc., the article clarifies the content and value of Ho Chi Minh’s working style for human development in Vietnam in order to meet the requirements of the fourth industrial revolution. Accordingly, the basic direction identified is from the value of Ho Chi Minh’s working style to the determination of fulfilling human’s position and role to the country’s development. Then, the content and criteria for the development of modern Vietnamese people need a harmonious combination between morality and wisdom, individual and community. Therefore, Ho Chi Minh’s working style must become the basis and pillar of human development strategy in the fourth industrial revolution era.
