Abstract
In recent years, the training of themaster's program in educational management inour country has developed strongly, making animportant contribution to improving the quality ofeducational management staff. However, thetraining courses today still face various limitationsand inadequacies that affect the quality of training.Using the theoretical research method, the articlehas pointed out several characteristics in thetraining of master's in educational management tomeet the requirements of developing high-qualityand highly qualified human resources in ourcountry today such as characteristics of students;High requirements for quality, ethics, and capacityof training products; The continuous, systematicand intensive nature of the training process;complexity in designing and implementing trainingprograms to meet the needs of students, and so on.Research results are an important scientific basisfor building several specific criteria in trainingmaster's in management.
