IMPROVING THE EXAM PROCESS AND DEVELOPING AN AUTOMATIC SCORING SYSTEM FOR BASIC OFFICE INFORMATICS

Abstract

This paper presents several improvementsto standardize the creation of test questions andanswers and digitize all of these documents.The authors successfully researched and developedan automatic grading system for the subject ofGeneral Computer Science. The automatic gradingsystem will select the criteria that must be assessedon the student's test, match them with the digitizedcriteria in the answers, and grade them according tothe corresponding ratio. This solution improvesefficiency and consistency and ensures accuracyand objectivity in student assessment. Experimentalresults show that the proposed method can entirelyand effectively replace the traditional manualgrading method, improving the quality of teachingand learning for General Informatics.
