Abstract
At high schools, one of the current positive approaches is to guide students in scientific research based on using acquired basic knowledge and self-improvement knowledge oriented by the teacher to propose solutions for problems arising in practice flexibly and creatively. This paper mentioned about guiding students to use a scientific research method for implementing the project: "Studying the biological distribution of gadolinium transferrin by high-induction plasma mass spectrometry method (ICP-MS)". The result of study showed that the students were able to successfully approach this scientific research method. The project synthesized preparations, and won the first prize in the ViSEF exam in Hanoi in 2018
