Abstract
Learning motivation is one of the important factors in the development of education. The research examines factors that impact students’ learning motivation at Thu Duc college of technology. Focus groups, Cronbach’s Alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), and Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) were used to determine factors that affect students’ learning motivation. Based on the survey of 342 students, this study finds that curriculum, students’ views, and conditions of learning positively impact students’ learning motivation. Based on the research results, the author suggests policies to enhance students’ learning motivation.
