PROPOSED DIGITAL COMPETENCY FRAMEWORK FOR PRIMARY EDUCATION STUDENTS IN THE CURRENT CONTEXT

Abstract
Digital competence is widely regarded as a fundamental and core competence of citizens in the digital age. Based on the General Education Curriculum for Information Technology, the article analyzes and compares competency requirements for primary school students with the Global Digital Competence Framework (DLGF) and the digital competence framework of Vietnamese high school students. Based on the current digital competence frameworks for educators, we initially propose a digital competence framework for students in primary education. This will be the premise for educational institutions to build training programs aimed at developing digital competence for students in primary education to meet the requirements of current educational reform the requirements of current educational innovation
