Factors affecting e-banking services quality in Maritime bank
Abstract
Improving the quality of e-banking services have an important role for business development of a commercial bank. For
Maritime Bank, the electronic banking services were provided for quite some time, but no formal quality assessment so
as to improve quality services of e-banking. This paper studied the factors that constitute quality of electronic banking
services at Maritime Bank, then giving a several of recommendations to improve the quality of e-banking services in the
Maritime Bank.
