Digital Transformation in Higher Education: Trends and Practical Challenges
Abstract
This research focuses on developing and applying a digital control system to optimize the process of managing lectures, exams and classrooms at Nguyen Tat Thanh University. The system automates management, reduces errors, increases transparency, and optimizes resources. Through the process of implementing and comparing experimental data before and after applying the system, the digital management methods show superiority over traditional methods. At the same time, the study also provides recommendations to continue improving the system and exploiting the full potential of digital technology in higher education. Survey results from lecturers and staff show a high level of satisfaction with the new system, thus opening up many development opportunities in improving the quality of education and management at Nguyen Tat Thanh University.
