Improving the Quality of the Stakeholder Feedback Collection Process at Nguyen Tat Thanh University
Abstract
In the context of rapid advancements in information technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), the task of gathering stakeholder feedback in educational institutions requires appropriate adjustments to enhance effectiveness and adapt to emerging trends. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation, identify areas needing improvement, and propose solutions to enhance the quality of feedback collection and processing activities. Using qualitative research methods based on practical analysis, Nguyen Tat Thanh University has implemented improvements such as issuing and updating relevant regulations, centralizing data collection through a unified survey tool with clear decentralization for functional units. The obtained results indicate that the application of these adjustments has enabled the university to build a more objective and reliable database, thus facilitating analysis, evaluation, and improvement in educational and management activities. The study concludes that proactively applying modern technological methods and tools is essential to enhancing the overall effectiveness and quality of stakeholder feedback collection processes in educational institutions.
