Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the factors affecting the internship experience of pharmacy students at Nguyen Tat Thanh University, using qualitative and quantitative methods on 385 fifth-year students. The study used the PLS-SEM model to test the hypothesis. The findings indicated that Work Motivation (β = 0.404) and Internship Achievement (β = 0.298) had a significantly positive effect on both students' internship experience and their future careers. In contrast, Academic Advisors and the Internship Program did not show a notable impact. For a more fulfilling internship experience, the study recommended encouraging students to set personal goals, establishing effective feedback systems, updating internship curriculum, and redefining the role of academic advisors.
