Application of the O2O Model in Agricultural Supply Chains A Review of Studies on An Giang Province
Abstract
This study emphasizes the importance of applying the O2O (Online-to-Offline) model to optimize the agricultural supply chain in An Giang, thus contributing to the sustainable development of local agriculture. The agricultural supply chain is increasingly facing numerous challenges, and the O2O model is recognized as a potential solution to enhance productivity and supply chain management efficiency, meeting the needs of both consumers and producers. Statistical data was analyzed to understand how the O2O model can impact and improve the agricultural supply chain. The study also identified the key factors that influenced the effectiveness of this model. The results indicate that the O2O model plays a vital role in connecting producers and consumers, providing timely information, facilitating transactions, and offering comprehensive support for the implementation of the agricultural supply chain. These findings provide a scientific and practical basis to promote the implementation of the O2O model in agriculture, thereby contributing to supply chain management research and rural economic development.
