Nghiên cứu ý định tiếp tục sử dụng chính phủ điện tử của các công dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh bằng mô hình UMEGA
Abstract
This research investigated the factors that influence the intention to continue using e-government services in Viet Nam by utilising the UMEGA model. Annalysis of data from 203 users indicated that attitudes and facilitating conditions had the most significant impact on the intention to continue usage. All expectations of effort, expectations of efficiency, and risk perception positively influenced user attitudes. Noticeably, the study discovered a positive correlation between risk perception and attitudes, which differs from previous research. This suggests that users view risk as an opportunity for learning. These findings offered valuable insights into the implementation and use of e-government services, contributing to the digital transformation of the public sector in Viet Nam. The study suggests that government agencies should prioritize improving user experience, investing in infrastructure, effectively communicating the benefits of services, and developing a comprehensive risk management strategy.
