Development orientation of clinical pharmacy at Gia Dinh hospital
Abstract
The study focused on building orientations for the development of clinical pharmacy for Gia Đinh's Hospital. The organizational structure and proportion of pharmacists at the hospital pharmacy have not fully complied with the regulations of the Ministry of Health. The area of pharmacy is relatively small, the condition of the prescription is not to meet the requirements, and clinical pharmacy is very passive and formal. Therefore, in order to implement the clinical pharmacy model, it is necessary to improve the organizational structure, training and management of human resources, investment in facilities and equipment. The rate of clinical pharmacists must reach 30% compared to the total pharmacists and have enough professional teams. A minimum of 80m2 dispensing facilities have processes that involve the preparation of GMP requirements. Clinical pharmacy information group actively intervenes in the treatment process, becoming partners with doctors during the treatment.
