Survey on the satisfaction of first-year students Pharmacy Faculty − Nguyen Tat Thanh University with e-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic
Abstract
In the breaking out of COVID-19 pandemic all over the world, the both domestic and foreign schools have implemented full-time online education to not interrupt the learning process. The aim of this research is to survey the level of satisfaction and factors affecting the satisfaction of the first-year pharmacy students in Nguyen Tat Thanh University studying online during the COVID-19. Data was collected from 398 students and processed with SPSS 20 and Excel 10. Research was carried out by the quantitative research. The results of research show that students are satisfied with online learning and all five factors have suggested influential same direction to student satisfaction. The factor “Learning content” has the strongest impact. From the above results, the research has proposed a few solutions to improve student's satisfaction in the online learning process.
