SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN HOTEL BUSINESS OF FLAMINGO DAI LAI RESORT
Abstract
Determining the degree of influence of factors on Corporate Social
Responsibility in the hotel business of Flamingo Dai Lai Resort is a useful tool for
managers in strategic planning and tourism development planning. but still
associated with the implementation of responsibilities to the community and
society. This study uses a questionnaire designed from the development of the
results of previous studies, surveying 186 employees working at Flamingo Dai Lai
Resort in order to find out the factors affecting the responsibility of the company.
