Assessing the quality of course material services at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy Library
Abstract
This article aims to evaluate students' satisfaction with the quality of library services providing course materials, identify influencing factors, and propose improvement solutions. The study employs a cross-sectional descriptive method with survey data collected from 1.997 students enrolled in the 43 - 48 courses from May 2023 to May 2024. The results show that 66.9% of students are satisfied with the services; however, several factors affecting service quality include deficiencies in document diversity and currency, challenges in electronic resource accessibility, and concerns regarding service quality and support provision by library staff. The results of the study will contribute to providing recommendations for the Library to enhance the quality of its services, effectively support training activities, and scientific research at the Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
