Abstract
This paper examines current online shopping among students at Binh Duong University - Ca Mau Campus. Given the increasing popularity of online shopping in Vietnam, especially with technological advancements, the study analyzes the habits and trends of students’ online shopping behavior. Surveying128 students, the results show that 60.16% of students frequently shop online, 26.65% occasionally shop, and only 3.13% have never participated in online shopping. The study highlights the benefits of online shopping, such as saving time and costs, as well as the variety of product choices. However, several risks are also identified, including discrepancies in product quality, difficulties in returning items, and damages to goods during the delivery process. These issues have impacted the overall shopping experience for students. Thus, it suggests improving the online shopping experience by ensuring product quality, enhancing delivery services, and strengthening return policies. Additionally, e-commerce platforms should continue leveraging promotional campaigns to increase customer satisfaction, particularly among young consumers.
