Abstract

Covid-19 has caused unprecedented disruptions and challenges to businesses and the economy. The ability to recover and rise after the pandemic is a decisive factor affecting the future of the company and the stability and development of society and the country. Research results show that small and micro enterprises are cautious about recovering shortly because most businesses believe the recovery will take a long time and depends on the market business. Six recovery tactics are applied by most small and micro enterprises new situation to actively follow closely the developments of the epidemic and changes to make appropriate plans for safely countering epidemics at the workplace, improving product quality and reducing direct contact in the workplace; minimizing unnecessary costs to stabilize and develop the business; carefully studying the support policies and accessing these supports.
