Factors affecting student's decision to choose Kien Giang College

Abstract

This study is to analyze core factors affecting students’ decision in choosing Kien Giang College for their continuing learning. Data was collected from 481 participants studying at the college. Descriptive statistics, scale reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted to analyze the collected data. The result show that students have chosen Kien Giang College due to eight factors including school reputation, training programs, support policies and opportunities for pursuing inter-university system, employment opportunities, facilities, PR and advertisement, extracurricular activities, and expenses. The findings are the fundamental evidence for the school to propose some orientations and solutions to help enhance the quality of services and college admission in the future.
