Current state and measures to manage experiential activities for preschool children at kindergartens in Bac Lieu city, Bac Lieu province

Abstract

Experiential activities for children in preschools in Bac Lieu city, Bac Lieu province are to help connect children to reality and to develop their abilities. Managing experiential activities effectively requires managers to perform well and synchronize management functions, including planning, organizing, directing and checking, evaluating the activities. However, this management task at preschools in the area still has some shortcomings. On surveying the current situation in this regard, this article proposes measures for improvement in preschools in Bac Lieu city.
