Abstract
Duong Xua May Trang is a classic novel in the writing career of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. The work tells about the life of the Buddha from poetry, enlightenment to spreading the Dharma and passing away. The Buddha’s teachings on life enlightenment direct people to enlightenment, alertness and compassion. Thich Nhat Hanh introduced the concept of Buddhism in body management in the 60s of the twentieth century. Committed to modernizing Buddhism, cultivators do not accept the doctrine lying on the scriptures, but Buddhism comes closer to real life and helps everyone. This article focuses on understanding the Buddhist spirit of self-management in the ancient road of white clouds in three directions: (1) Buddhism comes into life; (2) The spirit of mindfulness meditation; (3) Ethical education for young generation.
