REALITY AND SOLUTION FOR EDUCATING PATRIOTISM IN TEACHING NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURIRY FOR STUDENTS AT DONG THAP UNIVERSITY

Abstract

Surveying 300 students taking the subject of National Defense and Security Education at Dong Thap University, this paper presents the current contents, teaching techniques, attitudes and ability to apply information technology among the faculty of National Defense Security Education as well as the students’ awareness of patriotism and activities for educating students’ patriotism at Dong Thap University. Thereby, the paper proposes fundamental solutions to enhance the quality of patriotism education for students at Dong Thap University in teaching National Defense and Security Education in the future.
