Factors aff ecting quality culture of Dong Thap University

Abstract

Quality culture is a part of organizational culture, comprising the habits, practices, beliefs, and values related to quality, which has a very important role in continually improving the quality of education. The study determines the impact of factors on quality culture of Dong Thap University through the results of cultural quality assessment and linear regression methods. The research results are the suggestive basis for Dong Thap University to make plans  and develop a quality culture for their institution.
