Abstract
The nation’s development is greatly dependent on the young generation, who are dynamic and creative, and especially always look to the bright and success future. Therefore, they are highly enthusiastic, volunteering, quickly adaptable to changes, daring to face difficulties and challenges in the path of career establishment. With an aim to strengthen their willpower and motivation, as well as help them to figure out the right direction, the article presents suggestions by those predecessors of notable achievement and personality, to lead the young generation to sound career-orientation, settlement, and achievement.
