Abstract

Abstract: Building a model for the Army youth will contribute to building a strong Army in politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres, successfully completing all assigned tasks;  continuing to promote the human factor in new conditions, aiming to build a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern Army; contributing with the country's youth to build a new value system that keeps up with the trends of the times, building a prosperous and happy country and arousing the creative capacity of the Army's youth, continuing to enhance the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers". On the basis of pointing out the results in the building organization and current impact issues, the article focuses on clarifying the requirements set out in building a model of the Army youth to meet the requirements of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation as well as the subjects participating in the implementation.
