Abstract
Traffic culture constitutes an important component of social culture, reflecting the level of legal awareness, moral standards, and civic responsibility demonstrated by individuals when participating in traffic activities. In the current context, pupils and university students represent a large and dynamic social group; however, they are also vulnerable to traffic safety violations. This article clarifies the theoretical foundations of traffic culture, analyzes the current situation of traffic culture among pupils and university students in Vietnam, and proposes a number of measures to enhance traffic culture within this group. These recommendations aim to contribute to the development of a safe, civilized, and sustainable traffic environment.
