In reality, extracurricular Volleyball activities for students still face many limitations in terms of technique, coordination, regularity, organizational methods, and facilities. Therefore, research on solutions to improve the quality of extracurricular Volleyball training for non-specialized students at Tay Bac University is necessary to meet the requirements of educational reform.
