Digital transformation in small and medium enterprises in Vietnam

Abstract

   The strong and rapid development of the 4.0 technology revolution has forced Vietnam enterprises to accelerate the digital transformation process. Great changes in labor productivity, consumption trends of products and services, and new business models are being formed, showing the great role and impact of digital transformation in today's social life. Digital transformation is an inevitable trend, a vital issue that enterprises must successfully implement, especially SMEs. This paper focuses on an overview of the context in Vietnam, the benefits and trends of digital transformation in the world, the current situation of digital transformation of Vietnam SMEs, analyzing challenges and proposing a digital transformation roadmap for Vietnam SMEs.
