Abstract

    E-labour contracts is a new problem and has a important meaning in the recent period which adopted in Labour Code 2019. This paper briefly studied about e-labour contracts and clearly identified the definition, the legal nature and the role of e-labour contracts to research the regulations in the recently Vietnamese labour law.
