Management of publication activities in Vietnam in the current conception
Abstract
Historically, the Vietnamese publishing industry has made important contributions to the cause of national liberation struggle, socio-economic development, and cultural exchange expansion. In the context of digital conversion, many publishers, businesses also actively apply science and technology in the fields of publishing, printing and distribution, promptly responding to the needs and tastes of readers. State management agencies have actively implemented digital transformation to serve the state management of publishing activities. However, there are still shortcomings in terms of mechanisms, policies, human resources, finance and copyright. Within the scope of the article, the author analyzes the management of publishing activities in Vietnam in the current digital transformation context, thereby making a proposal to contribute to improving the quality of publishing management.
