The status of labor, employment and material life of specially difficult situation female workers in the enterprise

Abstract

     In the competitive market mechanism, each enterprise and each employee is a component of the quality of the nation's human resources. Workers have become the owners of the country, the master in the process of organizing and managing production..., in which the specially difficult situation female workers contributes significantly to the process of building socialism country association. Up to the present time, the status of  labor, employment and material life of specially difficult situation female workers is an urgent issue that needs to be considered and resolved, adequate attention in terms of policy, including legal aspects and law enforcement in practice. Within the scope of this article, the author focuses on understanding the status of  labor, employment and material life of specially difficult situation female workers on that basis, suggesting policy implications for the protection of the rights and interests of labor, employment and material life of specially difficult situation female workers in the coming time. Research data is extracted from the ministerial-level project "Life of female workers with specially difficult situation in industrial parks and export processing zones - Policy recommendations" that has been allowed to use by the project manager document analysis.
