Abstract

This article focuses on applying the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) model in career education for youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Through a survey of the current situation, the paper analyzes challenges such as the lack of clear support policies, appropriate learning materials, specialized teachers, and infrastructure for career guidance activities for youth with ASD. At the same time, UDL is proposed as an effective solution to personalize and improve the quality of career guidance programs. Recommendations are made regarding support policies, the development of training programs based on UDL, enhancing teacher capacity, and building a supportive learning environment to create opportunities for integration and holistic development for youth with ASD.
