Gas analysis technologies utilized for optimizing fuel combustion in cement manufacturing

Abstract

This paper presented gas analysis technologies and their application in cement manufacturing. The gas analysis technologies were shown with the applications based on nondispersive infrared gas sensor (NDIR) and electrochemical gas sensor for the extractive and in-situ techniques. Herein, we also have focused on a mention of the gas analysis technologies utilized for optimizing coal combustion in Clinker kiln. Our initial results on the gas sensors and equipment for developing applications in cement manufacturing in Vietnam were introduced.
