New regulation in Circular 107/2017/TT-BTC on accounting receipt, books, report for governmental administrative offices

Abstract

Circular 107/2017/TT-BTC, issued on 10th November 2017, effective on 24th November 2017 and applicable to every governmental administrative offices in substitution to Decision 19/2016/QD-BTC from 1st January 2018, is aiming to resolve obstacles of QD19 in accounting activities during continuous changing of the economy and acctual operation of administrative offices since 2006. Accordingly, the government give more autonomy to administrative offices, forcing accounting activities change to adapt their own information requirement. This article gives an overview of new points in Circular 107 in relation to dosier, account, books and report in accounting activities of governmental administrative offices.
