Assessing the results of Vietnam systemic bank restructuring project
Abstract
The article reviews briefly theories of bank restructure, analyses the process of restructuring banking system of Vietnam
in the period 2011-2015. The success of this process is creating a banking system which has higher financial capability
and operates healthier; points out shortcomings need to be repaired to solve the non performing debt problem, increase
management capacity, meet the demand of economic integration and international standard; increase financial capability
to form some strong banks in the regions
